You may cancel your ImageFixer subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again.
Because ImageFixer incurs immediate, unrecoverable costs for third-party API searches and AI processing the moment you use the Service, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service or unused image credits.
We offer a free trial (e.g., 30 products free) to allow you to fully test the Service's compatibility with your catalog and verify image quality before committing to a paid plan. We encourage all users to utilize this trial to ensure the Service meets their needs.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund if a user is found to be abusing the Service, violating our Terms of Service, or conducting illegal activities.
