The Service utilizes third-party search engine APIs and artificial intelligence to locate and resize publicly available images based solely on the search parameters or SKUs provided by the User. ImageFixer does not manually edit, alter the contents of, or remove the original backgrounds of these images.
MicroCity Solutions Ltd does not host, own, license, or control the images fetched by the Service. We make no representations or warranties regarding the copyright, trademark, or licensing status of any image curated by the Service.
The User is solely and entirely responsible for verifying they possess the legal authority, reseller agreements, or valid licenses required to publish and use these images for commercial purposes.
Utilizing the Service to source images for counterfeit goods or trademark infringement is strictly prohibited.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and API credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, MicroCity Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MicroCity Solutions Ltd from any claims, lawsuits, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your publication, export, or commercial use of any image sourced through the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
